An eye for Candy

I would love to own this rug! Named the 'Candy Flower' rug by Marni, from the Rug Company, it is so lovely with its pretty hues of pink and blue. Recognise it.....? This is the rug that featured in Sex and the City 2, in Carrie and Mr Big's gorgeous lounge room.

Colourful Bedrooms

The bedroom is my favourite room in our house. It is my thinking space, the one I can relax, and collect my thoughts within. I normally admire the classical soft hues of a neutral scheme in a bedroom, but below I have put together a few images of pretty, colourful bedrooms that I also like.....

House of Inspiration

I came across this house on the Home Beautiful website, and it is very similar to what I have in mind for my own house when it is finished (renovations are about to begin!). I love the neutral colour palette, the blackboard in the kitchen, and the woven pendants.

This Queensland house, which has been photographed by
Mikkel Vang displays an uplifting interior that is perfect for hot Summer weather. The coolness of the white is contrasted with the darker timber and charcoal tones.
